Şule provides legal advisory services to multinational companies, public institutions and organizations from different sectors in a broad spectrum of legal matters including corporate/commercial law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, privatizations, company establishment and liquidation, corporate secretarial work, employment, data protection, compliance and regulatory, AI related matters and daily basis counselling.

Since the beginning of her career, in addition to non-contentious legal advisory services as outlined above, she has represented clients in different jurisdictions and in a wide range of disputes, before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Fluent in Turkish and English, Şule is involved in due diligence and due diligence processes for detailed and executive due diligence and is also experienced in specially regulated agreements such as distributorship agreements, sales agreements, consumer agreements, agency agreements, etc. Şule’s corporate, mergers and acquisitions and contracts practice focuses on technology, defence industry, automotive and media sectors.

    • Carrying out the facilitated merger process, company type change, amendment of articles of association, ordinary/extraordinary general assemblies and board of directors’ processes, preparation of documents and registration procedures of clients operating in the field of advertising,
    • Assistance to the daily questions of clients, preparation of contracts upon request and control and revision of all kinds of contracts,
    • Providing legal support for the establishment of a company and opening branches process,
    • Preparation of the legal report, execution of the necessary procedures before the Capital Markets Board and execution of the capital increase processes in the public offering process,
    • Carrying out the liquidation processes,
    • Preparation of the legal report (Due Diligence Report) in merger & acquisitionprocesses or evaluation and structuring processes based on the requests of clients,
    • Preparation of tender documents to be submitted to the Turkish Privatization Administration.
