Advisory

At MARIF, we advise domestic and international clients on legal matters arising from their investments, transactions and business operations in Turkey. Our work covers strategic transactions and projects alongside the corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, data and real estate issues that arise in day-to-day operations.

Our dispute resolution background shapes our advisory work. It gives us practical insight into how contracts, corporate decisions, employment processes and regulatory issues can develop into disputes and helps us address potential problems before they escalate.

We work with in-house legal teams and management and act as Turkish counsel to international law firms on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters. The senior lawyers leading a matter remain directly involved in the advice, negotiations and key discussions.

Our advisory practices comprise Corporate & M&A, Commercial, Employment, Compliance & Investigations and Data Protection & Cybersecurity.
