She has a strong foundation in Turkish, European and international legal systems and has provided comprehensive legal support in complex international disputes across various sectors. She has focused her practice on international arbitration, corporate and commercial law, and contract matters. She has worked on arbitration proceedings under institutional rules such as ICC, LCIA, and AAA. She has regularly contributed to the drafting of legal documents, the review of commercial contracts, and the provision of legal advice on corporate governance procedures.
