Çağdaş Çizer is a dispute resolution lawyer with over a decade of experience in litigation and arbitration. He represents clients before Turkish courts at all levels, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court, as well as in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings.

He advises on complex commercial, corporate, and regulatory disputes, with particular strength in multi-jurisdictional matters, enforcement of arbitral awards, and regulatory investigations. He is experienced in leading negotiation processes, settlement strategies, and alternative dispute resolution.

Drawing on deep sector knowledge in technology, media, and telecommunications, Çağdaş combines industry insight with strong advocacy skills to deliver practical, result-driven solutions.
