With over a decade of practice at an international law firm, he has provided strategic and business-oriented legal advice to domestic and multinational clients across various industries, including technology, FMCG, e-commerce, manufacturing, finance, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and energy.

He has deep expertise in managing multi-jurisdictional matters, conducting internal investigations, assessing regulatory risks, overseeing corporate restructurings, employment relations, and handling cross-border transactions. Gökhan also has substantial litigation and advisory experience in areas such as corporate law, employment disputes, commercial disputes and compliance-related investigations. This breadth of experience enables him to approach complex legal issues holistically and develop practical, well-founded strategies.
