    -Full-scope representation throughout judicial proceedings at all levels of the Turkish court system, including higher judicial instances

    -Drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of commercial agreements

    -Ongoing corporate advisory services, including corporate housekeeping, regulatory compliance, and employment-related matters
