Commercial

Commercial arrangements sit at the centre of our clients’ day-to-day operations. We help businesses negotiate and document those arrangements, adapt them when circumstances change and address issues arising in relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, agents and other counterparties.

Our work ranges from individual strategic contracts to standard documentation used across a business. For multinational clients, we frequently review global and regional templates for use in Turkey and advise on mandatory Turkish law requirements affecting their operation and enforceability.

The practice also extends to consumer-facing businesses. We advise on e-commerce, distance sales, subscription models, advertising and promotions and act in related regulatory and consumer proceedings. Our disputes experience is particularly relevant when advising on risk allocation, termination, governing law and dispute resolution provisions.
