Compliance & Investigations
Compliance work at MARIF covers prevention, internal investigations and regulatory response. We help businesses establish and implement compliance standards in Turkey and advise when suspected misconduct, whistleblowing reports or regulatory issues require investigation or remedial action.
For multinational organisations, group policies and investigation procedures often need to be adapted to Turkish employment, data protection, criminal and regulatory requirements. We work with local and regional management, compliance teams and international counsel on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters.
We also advise on licensing and sector-specific regulation and represent clients when compliance issues develop into regulatory, administrative or white-collar proceedings.
