  • Advised a Japanese multinational business conglomerate concerning administrative, civil and commercial court cases against a Turkish state university arising from the procurement and installation of various medical devices and equipment delivered by a subsidiary of a hospital owned by the client.
  • Advised a South Korean multinational conglomerate with an injunction of two performance bonds with a total value of EUR 75 million provided to them by a sub-contractor within the scope of an integrated healthcare facilities construction project.

  • Represented a French group of pay television networks about debt collection proceedings against a Turkish media service provider arising from unpaid license fees.
  • Represented a significant Chinese state-owned business concerning injunction over a performance bond valued at US$ 14 million that they provided to the employer for performance test results under an EPC contract regarding a production plant project.
